1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 88fd Game platform in any capacity — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it, including players using the Android APK, the iOS web app or the desktop browser site. All versions of the platform operate under the same rules.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The 88fd Game platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You may only hold one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different names — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and accurate payment details. If any of your details change after registration, it is your responsibility to update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of any payment method used on the platform.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without prior notice and any balance may be forfeited pending verification.
• 88fd Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested.

You must keep your username and password secure at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family. 88fd Game will never contact you by email, live chat or any other channel and ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately. 88fd Game will investigate the matter but cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you use on the platform are yours to spend and have been obtained through lawful means. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 88fd Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to standard transactions for Pakistan-based players.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of individual methods may change and current options are always displayed within your account's Wallet section.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed in the Wallet section at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: As displayed in the Wallet section at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• 88fd Game reserves the right to carry out verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 88fd Game sportsbook — including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the rules set out in this section and any sport-specific rules displayed at the point of betting.

A bet is considered confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available on that particular market.

• All cricket results — including PSL, T20 World Cup and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or reduced in overs, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time the bet was placed.
• Live betting odds update in real time. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of any subsequent odds movement.
• 88fd Game reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply. These are displayed within the betting slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88fd Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and reload offers. Each promotion comes with its own set of specific terms, which are stated clearly at the point of claiming.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) a set number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits for each bonus are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If you choose to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposited cash balance will be unaffected.
• 88fd Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88fd Game platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods. Initiating chargebacks after a deposit has been used for betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share bonus funds or exploit promotional structures.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, VPNs to mask location for prohibited access, or any automated system to place bets or exploit odds.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets using information not publicly available, or in any way connected to the fixing of a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account in another person's name or identity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fd Game platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, text, software, promotional materials and any other creative assets — is the property of 88fd Game or its licensed partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission. This includes screenshots used commercially, reposting game footage for monetised content and scraping odds data for use on third-party services.

The game titles available in the Game Lobby are provided by third-party game studios under licensing agreements. All rights in those games remain with their respective developers.

9 Privacy & Data

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

12 Limitation of Liability

88fd Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
